This place was amazing. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and was very clean. Breakfast had a buffet option that was self serve as well as hot breakfast to order that was very good as well. It was right next to a public transit stop that takes you to old town Innsbruck. It’s also across the street from a beautiful park and the river. If I get the chance to go back, I will only stay at this place.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful as you would expect of a hotel in the Tyrol. Be aware of the parking if you have a large car, entrance is very, very narrow. We only just managed it in an Audi A6. Breakfast was very good, typical Austrian style with eggs and bread etc. we had an evening meal when we arrived, which very salty and not quite the level I expected for such a good hotel. Next day, we took dinner in Innsbruck old town, as the hotel gives an excellent free tram / bus pass for the city. In all, we would recommend staying at the hotel.
