No warm water which means no possibilty to shower. Luckily it was 15 degrees and rain so we had the possibility to have open window and Ok temperature in the room. Very basic breakfast but ok. Not so soundproof!

No conplaints here, location is fantastic right in the city centre, 5 minutes walk from the main train and bus station. Staff were friendly. We didn't have breakfast there. Rooms are a little dated/tired but it was just a bed and a shower we needed as we were only there 2 days so not a problem for us
