Vollkommen zufrieden

Die Hotelbesitzer waren stets um unser Wohl bemüht. Wir erhielten eine Zimmerauswahl. Jeden Morgen gab es ein reichliches Frühstück. Wir empfehlen daher dieses Hotel sehr gerne weiter! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt im Eagles Inn alias Batzenhäusl!

Leider wird die Unterkunft nicht so beschrieben wie sie den in Wirklichkeit ist! Das Haus hat ganz ansprechende öffentliche Bereiche, mit einem Sammelsurium nicht zueinander passender Einrichtungsgegenständen. Der Rest hat seine besten Jahre bereits seit einigen Jahren hinter sich! Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt und man sieht überall den Zahn der Zeit! Es war bestimmt mal ein super Haus gewesen, aber nun leider nicht mehr! Personal ist da, aber die jg. MA haben weder die Erfahrung noch die Lust etwas zu tun und pro aktiv auf Gäste zuzugehen, Frühstück war allenfalls OK! Schade die Präsentation hier entspricht nicht dem Gesamteindruck des Hauses!

Ground floor is very nice and lodgy. Very well designed with lots of art and nice touches. But the room we had was very tired and old fashioned. Clean it was but the sheets and towels must be 20 years old. Very used!!

Great Hospitality traditional hotel in the Alps

Perfect location in quiet pretty Igls. The staff were very friendly and attentive couldn't do enough to help. Nice traditional Austrian breakfast. The room was a little dated but clean and very spacious. Had no issue connecting to internet on the top floor. Hotel is very close to good restaurants. 10 minutes to Innsbruck central and just 800m to the Lensersee for a relaxing dip in a great swimming lake. No hesitation recommending. Free parking on site too.

Large rooms, family atmosphere, Viviene and Bernhardt were superb, friendly and knowledgeable about everything Innsbruck and Igls and Schlick, a truly old world style hotel with excellent charm , character and style, absolutely recommend 100% to anyone, great balcony too. Go here everyone!

A lovely property just outside of Innsbruck in Igls. Quaint little town with stunning views of the Alps. As an older hotel the rooms are spacious and have plenty of room. The decor is aging but still a perfectly suitable place to stay. The staff were friendly.

Die Möbel sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich hatte Flecken, die man vermutlich einfach nicht mehr rausbekommt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Positiv hervorheben kann ich das Personal - der Hotelier ist sehr freundlich!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wirklich überragendes Frühstück. Alles in Allem hat Preis Leistung gepasst. Allerdings wäre es gut wenn man das ein oder andere Möbelstück gegen ein neues ersetzt und den Teppich gegen einen modernen Boden austauscht. Ansonsten war es sauber und ruhig.

Nice old style hotel - recommended

Nice place to visit Innsbruck staying in a quiet place close to nature at a reasonable price. Just 15' bus from the city, hotel provided us free tickets. Landlord is very very kind, we arrived late in night with kitchen closed and he prepared us some toasts. Hotel would need to be renovated, some facilities are obsolete and sheets were a little old instead of this Room was big and confortable. Great breakfast. I'd recommend it and I hope to come back soon.

The hotel was great and very clean. One super nice thing was the large shower and bathtub which seemed rare in Europe. Also had a delicious breakfast and a wonderful view.
