Personally feel the room is fine. The thing I wanted to commend is the key which is too bulky. Moreover, it have the hotel name and room number on it. In case someone lost the key, and anyone with the ill intention picks up, they can access the room without any hurdles.

The staff were very nice and helpful, giving us directions to places of interest. Although there was no kettle, they kindly provided a jug of hot water. The hotel was cozy and in a good location, with easy access to the train station and city centre. We stayed for one night only but had a pleasant stay.

The room was spotless and the staff so friendly and helpful. It was close to everything with the Xmas markets being 10/15 minutes walk and other highlights such as the Norkette mountains funicular being 15 minutes walk away. Loved Innsbruck with the old town being really traditional being overlooked all around by snow covered mountains.
