Excellent staff and a very warm welcome. This hotel has a wonderful family vacation atmosphere and the attached restaurant is outstanding. The pool area is also a nice touch. Beautiful hotel such lovely kind and friendly staff. When I arrived Marko on reception made me feel very welcome. I had a single room which was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast fantastic and very welcoming and friendly staff. Hope very much to return as so good.

This Hotel has been revamp from the 7o's they have done a great job, the Loby and rooms all transformed as new. The staff were excellent. The Hotel is a bit disjointed but easy to find. close to railway station. The European restaurant was fantastic food. The bed was comfortable.

Lovely stay

We had a great stay. The pool area was nice, but the sauna was really great. We used the massage service as well which was good. Breakfast was very confusing though, so beware if you book breakfast but not dinner you don't seem to get a table - the whole process was pretty confusing. But our room was comfy and nice.
