Reserved a room with two twin beds. Paid for a room with two twin beds (as advertised on what I chose on Expedia). Was told on check-in that Expedia doesn’t display the room choices and that in order to get the room there would be an extra cost. Not cool.

청결은 기대하지 마세요

패밀리룸을 예약했는데 카운터에 디럭스 룸키가 올려져 있었고 전화를 드리니 그 방에 맞다라고 얘기해서 방에 들어갔는데 사이트에서 봤던 방이 아니어서 다시 전화를 드렸더니 사이트에서 본 패밀리룸 키로 저희가 카운터에 직접 가서 키를 찾아서 가지고 가게 하셨습니다.. 그 과정에서 전화도 계속 받지 않으셨습니다. 그래서 제가 카운터에 서랍을 뒤졌었죠...ㅠ 잠시 외출 중이라고 하시면서.... 방에 들어갔는데 침구는 새거 같지 않았고 침구에 거미줄과 자는 동안에 거미가 나와서 깜짝 놀랐습니다.

친절하고 깔끔합니다. 갑자기 잡힌 가족여행이라서,숙박잡기가 쉽지는 않았지만,다행히 남은 패밀리룸이 있어서 하룻밤 잘 묵고 갑니다. 어른들 모시고 인근에 백담사 있어서요. 모시고 가기가 편리합니다.

도로가 잘 뚫린 인제군에서, 조용하고 적절한 가격의 숙소였네요. 식당겸 커피숍은 일정 상 이용 못했는데, 좋아 보여요.

호텔스닷컴에서 예약한 금액이 네이버나 호텔에 비치되어 있는 거격보다 비쌈. 문제에 대한 해결은 빠른 편임. 침구에서 냄새나고 객실에 벌레 많음.

아이와 잠시 늦은도착으로 온돌방사용했어요. 담배냄새가 좀났지만 방도넓고 하루밤묶기엔 괜찮았어요. 다른일행이 침대방에서 묶었는데 담배냄새도 안나고 쾌적했다고하던데...좀 아쉬웠네요 ㅜㅜ
