1. Second floor: bedroom one with a king bed and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom.

2. Second floor: Bedroom 2 with a queen bed and a shared jack and jill bathroom with bedroom 1. (There is also an additional full bathroom on the first floor)



**The property sleeps 18. You're allowed up to 18 people on the premises, no more. If you think you will have more than that number, please notify in advance. There is a standard event fee plus $100 per additional 10 persons over 30 with a strict max of 50. Children and adults included.

Our group of 13 (from grandparents to two year olds) had the best time here! This is the first time we have all gotten to get away together and this was the perfect place for it! The shop kept everyone entertained and playing together, while the house was setup for relaxing with the hot tub (it’s massive) and the massage chairs. We had plenty of room for big family meals. The property is beautiful and we were able to take family photos outside. My son enjoyed fishing in the pond as well! There are three bedrooms and pull out couches in the house and two additional bedrooms in the shop. We would stay here again for sure!

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The property exceeded all our expectations. The boys had a great time in the barn before and after our games. The hot tub and fire pit was nice to enjoy in the evenings. Love all the little extra in case you forgot personal items. Would highly recommend this property.
