Check-in is 4 p.m.; Check-out is strictly on or before10 a.m. There will be a charge of $100 per hour for late check-outs. The front desk is available 24 Hours/Day
This resort is 100% smoke-free in all of its units or buildings. Smoking may be permitted in designated areas on the property. Not complying with this policy may result in the assessment of a substantial fee.
No visitors will be allowed except for guests who have checked in. Wristbands will be provided and will identify guests from those who are not checked-in. This supersedes visitor maximum occupancy rates and other items provided in the rental agreement.
The rideshare and taxi drop off and pick-up location is just outside the gate of the property, unless checking-in.

Pool & Hot Tub Information
Pool hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Splash Pad is located near Building 8. Hours may vary based on season and weather. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information. Please note the Lazy River is a family-friendly area and alcoholic beverages are prohibited. For your safety, swimming or playing in the lakes on the property is prohibited.
