You will have full access to the private heated pool, jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen. You will also have full access to five bedroom and 2.5 bath home.



Located in a gated community, you`ll enjoy both privacy and security. Additionally, the neighborhood offers a gorgeous park and is conveniently close to restaurants and many attractions, ensuring you have everything you need for a memorable stay.

Indio offers a range of transportation options for getting around the city. You can easily navigate Indio by car, with well-maintained roads and ample parking facilities. Additionally, ride-hailing services like Uber and Lyft operate in Indio, providing convenient and on-demand transportation at your fingertips. If you prefer not to drive, you can simply use a smartphone app to request a ride and be picked up at your location.



Pool heating fees will apply. If you choose to heat the pool, we will need to take a deposit that will go directly to the gas bill for heating the pool.



This home is a 31+ day rental per the city & HOA.



This home does have a 5th bedroom/ office is locked with homeowners personal items



Pool maintenance are every Tuesday and Fridays



Landscaping will happen Friday`s, occasionally Mondays.



Trash is Friday mornings, if you can take trash out Thursday evenings and pulled back in garage every Friday mornings.

By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.



You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
