A two-night minimum is required for pool heating, while there is no minimum required for spa-only heating.

House Rules:
1. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 10 PM to 8 AM Friday and Saturday. No outdoor music or loud use of outdoor amenities is allowed during quiet hours. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. 10 cars in driveway; no street parking
4. Events with up to 150 people require prior contractual approval, a separate event agreement, and a permit. Event fees apply.
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book
7. The booking agreement must be acknowledged and signed within 1 hour of booking and before check-in instructions are provided. ID verification is required.
8. ID Verification Check and Credit Card is required on file during check-in
9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Luxury Desert Escapes for insurance purposes
10. Maximum overnight occupancy: 24 guests, including children. Event occupancy is subject to the separate event approval requirements.
