Our spacious open floor plan home has 4 bedrooms with 5 beds & 2 full bathrooms including a 75" Roku Smart TV, BBQ, outdoor bar/dining table, & fire pit.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pickup all pet waste on lawn and dispose in outside trash. Cover all the equipment that was uncovered outside. TV and Ping Pong Table and Fire Pit.
Shut AC and Heater off.
Shut all windows and lock all doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

We require a signed rental agreement and government ID 24 hours after booking. Minimum age to book is 28 years old.
Pets must get approval at time of booking (fees may be added). Pool heating is $200 per day. Free Spa heating.
If a loud noise complaint/code violation/rental agreement is violated you will be evicted immediately without refund and forfeit all deposit/payments.

Golf trip 2023

Great property. Location in Indio is close to many amenities and easy to access off I-10 and hwy 111. Great place to rest and relax after golf. Hot tub is real nice. Owner is easy to access and helped out with hot tub operation & tv remotes. Would highly recommend this property.
