The Host is very responsive -- helpful and prompt with responses. The house was clean upon arrival with adequate kitchen supplies for a big group. The open floor plan is wonderful for a large gathering. Loved the large table for sharing a meal. Beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed (it is not a lap swimming pool). The outdoor seating areas allows for smaller groups to gather and converse in several areas. Backyard is lovely and felt very private.Not everything was in pristine condition (older cushions on chaise lounges, older grill, some slats missing on drapes) but it was a wonderful stay for our casual group of friends.

It was very nice and clean. Kitchen was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for our entire family to rest, lounge and sleep comfortably. Pool area is awesome. Need to upgrade outdoor kitchen, grill and BBQ area.

Great place to stay in Indio

Our party of nine had a great time staying at this home in Indio. It was clean, well equipped, and spacious. Eddie, the host, answered my questions quickly and was very helpful. He let us check in an hour early with no extra charge. The pool and hot tub were easy to heat, and we loved the little shallow end where you could sit and cool off. One of the bedrooms is off the laundry room, and at first we couldn’t find it, but rest assured this home does indeed have six bedrooms, not five! We had a great experience here — we would definitely stay here again.
