Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, this beautifully designed property features a newly built private pool and oversized spa, perfect for lounging and entertaining. Inside you'll find a pleasant and inviting living space, with a fully-equipped kitchen, and comfortable living room. Each of the bedrooms is tastefully decorated with cozy beds and plenty of storage space.

The home is laid out as follows:
- Master bedroom: 1 Cal King bed, daybed (twin or extendable to king size), 65" 4K Smart TV, two large closets
- Bedroom 2: 1 Cal King bed, 55" 4k Smart TV, closet
- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, large closet
- An additional twin bed with foldable frame located in master bath closet

Our home is equipped with many modern and easy to use features to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Features such as:
- BRAND NEW Private pool and oversized spa
- Outdoor gas grill, fire pit, and stylish outdoor furniture under a covered patio
- Remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and Nutri-bullet blender

There are tennis courts and a gym available in the community. A guest card is required and located in the tray at the front door entry. Please return them to the tray when not in use. It is $50 to replace lost cards.

Guests must enter and exit the community from the front gate located on Monroe St (48630 Monroe St, Indio, CA 92201). From there - you can use your navigation system to find the house.

There is no street parking allowed. Guests may park up to 4 cars on the property (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway).

Unfortunately, due to the high cost of natural gas, a charge is necessary to heat and use the hot tub and pool. Cost to heat only the spa is $30/day. Cost to heat the pool (spa included) is $80/day for the first night, then $30/day consecutive days after. Please let me know if you would like the pool warm when you arrive so I can pre-heat it for you. Guests will be responsible for turning the spa heater on and off. Maximum 87° for the pool. I do not build pool and spa heating into the nightly price due to guests who prefer not to heat the pool or spa.

Great place and set up. Very clean and spacious. Great for families to stay at, however there is no safety netting to the pool, and golf balls come flying over. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness as the backyard and pool area seemed neglected. The pool looked quite dirty with debris in it when we arrived. The pool cleaning service showed up a day after we arrived, would have been nice to have it cleaned for our arrival. Outdoor patio furniture was quite dirty. The two king beds were very comfortable and rooms very large and spacious. No blackout curtains. The third bedroom with smaller bed was not comfortable and the bed frame was quite cheap/squeaked and moved a lot with any movement. The neighbourhood was great, felt very safe and great location. Lots of walking and things to do. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here again because we paid extra money for the pool, but we didn't use it as golf balls were flying into the pool from the golf course. There’s no safety netting and one of our guests was hit in the head. We felt it was very unsafe for the children.

The air conditioning wasn't available when we got there and we had to write about it, at which time it was turned on. Why couldn't we just turn it on ourselves? There were no table knives, just forks and spoons, and few of those. We were supplied with only bath towels - no hand towels or wash towels. The patio furniture was filthy, covered in dog hair and huge stains all over - not usable.

Cole is a great host and we were very comfortable in the house! Location is fantastic and great amenities with the pool, spa and fire pit. Some areas are a little worn down but I have a feeling the place rents often so just general wear and tear. Overall it was clean. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, well-equipped, relaxing getaway!

Cole's home is above and beyond! Everything is outfitted with quality items - appliances, TVs, AC, smart pool, beds - making this feel like a real luxury getaway. The pool is absolutely perfect between the spa and water features, and the heating works great. Our kids were in heaven and the adults loved the mountain views. We spent the majority of our visit in the pool or spa, even on the windy days, because the heating made it comfortable. Indoors, we loved cycling through the art options on the Smart TV and playing games in the large living room with the comfortable couch. We cooked a fair amount and found everything we needed in the spacious kitchen. The neighborhood is really quiet and beautiful to stroll through with our dog. Cole was one of the most responsive and kind hosts we've ever had, he got back to me incredibly fast when I had a question, and was always very accommodating and helpful. Our kids (5 and 8) said more than once that they wished we could live there! Thank you again to Cole for sharing this property with others and helping us make such a memorable vacation!

Perfect House in the Desert

Great stay while attending BNP Paribas Indian Wells!

Cole was super easy to work with; we received check-in instructions quickly and he followed up with us. It was nice being in a gated community. The home was very close to Indian Wells (normally I stay in Palm Springs), so this was a much shorter drive. We never used the pool, but it was nice to look at. The backyard faces the golf course, so there is privacy. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I liked using all the fans while sleeping. The kitchen was a dream (very large and easy to use). I would definitely stay here again! Cheers, Annette

Sunny week!
