The house was beautiful. Unfortunately it was located in an area of many dogs that barked from 5am to 9pm. We had issues with the property charging us extra to heat the pool. They never did heat it over the standard heat and charged us for it regardless. I tried to get a refund but nothing. We also experienced a clogged shower and a broken ice maker. Reached out about all the issues to the property managers but nothing was done. Spend the extra money and book a hotel. Fyi followed up once we returned home and still no resolution.

Will never rent here again. First almost every single dish put n the cabinet dirty. Dig next door barked all night. Bathroom drain was clogged and couldnt even use the shower and had to be fixed. Walls and baseboards were filthy. Broken outlets in rooms. Curtain rod ripped out of the wall. Didn’t have a high chair as stated so had to purchase my own. I brought my daughters brand new $120 floaty new in the package and accidentally left it. Messaged them the next day about it since their policy says they will ship items back it’s been 3 weeks now and they said they can’t find it. It was in plain sight so they either didn’t look or they stole it, both of which are unacctable. Will defintely never book here again. Been a headache from the start.
