♥ A two-night minimum is required for pool heating; there is no minimum required for spa-only heating. ♥
House Rules:

1. No loud noise at any time; daytime music allowed if contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS: 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines up to $2500 and/or eviction may apply.
2. Respect the house and report any damages.
3. House can hold up to 3 cars in driveways. There is additional offsite parking 2 blocks away if additional parking is required in safe non gated neighborhood. No overnight street parking past 10pm. No horizontal parking or blocking at the end of the driveway. Check signs for street sweeping in offsite lot.
4. No parties or events allowed.
5. No smoking on the premises.
6. Must be 21 years or older to book.
7. Booking agreement must be acknowledged at check-in
8. ID Verification Check required.
9. Outside vendors (chefs, bartenders, etc.) must be approved by Luxury Desert Escapes for insurance.
10. Max guest count: 14 during both day and night.
11. No deliveries without prior approval as we may not have postal box access.

Additional Notes: Exceeding the 14-guest maximum incurs a charge of $100 per person for overnight stays. Inviting guests during the day may differ, but strict occupancy limits apply for overnight guests.
