Summary:

Spend your days by the private pool and your evenings round the fire pit at this single-story home in central Indio. Inside there's a king suite, a bunk room kids love, a wood-burning fireplace and a full kitchen for group dinners. Indian Wells Tennis Garden is about 15 minutes away, PGA West 20 to 25, and the festival grounds about 15, so it's an easy base for festival season. A good fit for families and friends travelling together who want room to spread out.



The Space:

Everything's on one level, so nobody's hauling bags upstairs and the kids are never far away. The living room is built around a wood-burning fireplace and a Roku TV, and the kitchen has full-size appliances, plenty of cookware and a coffee maker.



The backyard is where you'll spend most of your time. The private pool is 5 to 6 feet deep with optional heating (details below), and there's a fire pit for cool desert nights, a charcoal BBQ and sun loungers.



Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom, TV and closet.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed and dresser.

Bedroom 3: Queen bunk beds, ideal for kids or extra guests.

Bedroom 4: Daybed, a quiet reading nook that doubles as a sleeper.



Bathrooms: 2 full baths, one of them the king suite's en-suite, stocked with towels and essentials.

Laundry: washer and dryer in the home.

Parking: driveway space for four cars.



Guest Access:

The whole home and backyard are yours for your stay. Check-in is self-serve with keyless entry, and your unique code is sent before you arrive.

You're in central Indio, with shopping, dining and entertainment a short drive away.



Empire Polo Club festival grounds: about 15 minutes

Indian Wells Tennis Garden: about 15 minutes

PGA West and SilverRock Resort: 20 to 25 minutes

El Paseo shopping district: about 25 minutes

Downtown Palm Springs: about 40 minutes

Joshua Tree National Park (south entrance): about 50 minutes



The valley's hiking trails are an easy drive too, and the house makes a handy base when festival season comes around.



Getting Around:

You'll want a car to get around. Palm Springs International Airport is about 35 to 40 minutes away. Park in the driveway, which fits four cars, because HOA rules don't allow street parking.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private pool (5 to 6 feet deep) for the exclusive use of guests. It can be heated to a maximum of 82°F, which is a comfortable swimming temperature rather than spa-hot. Please note the pool area is not fenced, so children should be supervised at all times.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $60 per day, capped at $1,000 per month, and needs at least 24 hours' notice so we can check the system before you arrive.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Unfortunately not - we are unable to accept pets at this property.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is parking for up to four vehicles in the driveway. The HOA does not allow street parking, and violations risk a fine of $200 or more as well as towing, which guests are liable for.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



The BBQ is charcoal-fired, so please bring your own charcoal.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
