Worldmark Indio Community Rules :
-Guest must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room.
-A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in.
-A $250 incidental hold (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
-The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
-Pets are not permitted.
-Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge.
-No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.
-Rooms are assigned at the time of check-in.
-Pool hours are: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Sun. - Thur. and 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Fri. - Sat.
