Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used and dirty towels on the shower floors. Strip the used beds and leave the linens on the floor in the room.
Empty all trash cans in each room working the house and place them in the large bins outside near the driveway wall.
Close the gates to the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM and must be followed. If we receive noise complaints, we have the right to ask the guest to leave the premises.
Do not touch pool controls for any reason. Notify the management if a problem occurs with the pool or hottub.
Designated smoking areas are outside the house. There is not smoking of any kind permitted in or on the property.

Our group of 13 loved staying at this house! Kids and adults had fun at the pool, playing pickle ball, pool table.. the house was clean, spacious and bed comfortables ! The neighborhood is good too. And very good communication with the hosts. We recommend this house!

The host was good about getting back to me with questions. This house is nice! Its not in the best neighborhood but it was fine. The back yard isn't as nice as it looks in the pics. But the inside of the house is nice and it sleeps 14 not 20. The pickle ball quart was the high light very cool. We enjoyed the putting green also. Everything else in the back yard like the pool table, jacuzzi is old and run down.
