Great location in an adorable town!

This VRBO is super close to the best brunch place in America - Rosie’s Place! Other than some bedsheets / towels waiting in trash bags by the front doer upon arrival, the space was very clean and very nice, looked just like the photos. The owner had the bags of laundry removed promptly. Perfect Zionsville getaway!

Lovely apartment in a charming town!

Communication with Sandy was terrific during the entire 4 days I stayed in the heart of Zionsville. Check in was simple, great to code lock instead of a key. The apartment is very spacious with a comfortable living/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance that we actually barely used the kitchen but we kept it stocked with delicious snacks from the Butcher store across the street. The bedrooms are quite large and the beds very comfortable. It was truly a pleasure call this apartment home for a few days! Although there is internet, we found it easier to use a hotspot. Originally, I was concerned about the lack of a designated parking spot but we were able to find parking on the street whenever we needed it. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Indy or Zionsville. It is absolutely wonderful!!!
