Took 20 minutes to get someone to roll up the metal door to check me in. The person checking me in was training someone, so she wanted to show the trainee the room to ensure it was clean. After 20 more minutes, they returned and gave me room keys. The room was filthy; see photos. The following day, I stopped by the front desk to cancel my next two nights, but it was closed. Later, I spoke with an employee that advised that he knew my room was clean and advised me he would have the manager call me. Several hours later, I called back and spoke with the manager, who graciously cancelled the rest of my reservation.
