Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The directions from the Expedia itinerary did not take you to the address on the receipt. The property management company was non-responsive, and we ended up having to scramble for a place to sleep instead of relying on the Expedia itinerary. I will be following up with Expedia separately as this is unacceptable and caused great frustration during our trip.
