There was only 1 staff member and was not at the counter when entering. Had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to check me in. They were pleasant and professional when they came to help. The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and roomy . However, the hotel is definitely undergoing renovation with the new transition to a Marriott style. The safety latches need work and there was a leak in the bathroom sink so water ran all over the floor. Overall the place is clean, safe and quiet and pet friendly.

There is no microwave available plus super small refrigerator . Breakfast is a joke there, I could have apple first morning but next 3 mornings not even apple available only few sugar low quality stuff. Plus they asking to charge $10 per night extra for parking lot which is not a normal asking while all another same range price hotels in that area not asking for extra charges for parking lot.

Lock on door not working correctly,so you couldn't put bolt lock during bedtime. Kids running up and down skinny hallway with parents not saying anything. I'm sure if they were black Police would have been called.

Neighborhood is terrible with few food options. This hotel is bizarre. Greek statues in the lobby and food area while every door in the place has been beaten and dented. No complaints about the room. At least the Marriott next door has security and food.
