I do not recommend it at all. The entire hotel smelled terrible—since they allow pets, it reeked of dog—and the room they gave me smelled like something dead. The fridge was noisy, too.

The staff were friendly and efficient upon check in. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The building was older. If you prefer quiet, make sure you are not on the 1st floor near check in. The room had a fridge and microwave. I stayed for 2 nights. On the second night by 10 pm, we were informed that the hot water was out until the next afternoon. This is a 2 star hotel.

The only thing keeping my trip from being a 5 out of 5 was the lack of running hot water. Apparently the water heater was broken at the time which was a shame since I was really looking forward to a hot bath. Other than that everything was great for the price.

You get what you pay for. This hotel had a damp musty smell, sticky carpet in the room, pillow covers didn’t look white anymore, and had no iron in the room. Staff was friendly.

I don’t normally leave reviews on things unless they’re bad enough to warn others, and this is certainly that. To start with cleanliness, there was little effort to clean the room before I arrived. Every corner had dirt and grime, there was a significant hole in the carpet, most walls had seen repeated abuse followed by quick patches, and the bed sheets were stained. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and rentals, but this place was certainly the lowest quality.

I don’t expect much from cheap hotels because I’m a reasonable guy and understand you get what you pay for… this was still lower than my lowest reasonable expectations. I was told the hot water was out and that it would be “lukewarm”… it was ICE COLD. The AC also didn’t work. Staff was reasonably nice though, but one of my worst stays ever for sure.

This property looks like it has not been updated in decades. The faucet was not attached to the sink, there were cigarette burn holes in the blankets, paint was peeling, the tub was stained, and on and on. Location was convenient but I would stay at some of the other hotels nearby next time.

Ok…honestly I wouldn’t take my family here…I stayed here because it was brother and I and just stayed because it was close to the Lucas oil stadium 20min uber. But the hotel itself , no way…place is sad ver sad inside , not clean just old and falling apart and you can tell no maintenance or upkeep is being done…not to knock the owners but you can tell they’re just collecting the cash and sending it elsewhere…avoid at all Costs…
