The room was very poor, the electrical outlets were poor at best. The furniture had seen much better days. The front desk man was very nice. The housekeeping left their check off list in the room, where I left it.

The room we’re disgusting it had poop on the toilet and they had a dirty used towel under the second bed spread bed when you pull the sheets back. The building is run down and the room itself smelled horrible. This place should not be in business. Outside of the property at the side door there were pan handlers hanging out scoping to see who was coming in and out and who was taking what to the car. The carpet was so nasty you could visibly see the filthy spots and stains on the wall. An animal shouldn’t even be fit to live at this run down slum hotel. I was afraid to go to sleep and it was a non refundable room and it was late so I didn’t have a choice but, to stay there.

Main desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Upgrading of facilities is obvious in some areas but needs a little work in others. I would stay again.

Do not Recommend

Worst experience of my LIFE. First room they gave us had a cockroach in it. The whole place is filthy. Second room had old french fries behind the night stand. Who knows how long they had been there. Also in the second room there were two dirty yellow stained towels still hanging behind the bathroom door. I had read a review about someone else not getting there deposit back so I said something when I checked out that I better get that deposit back. Guess what I didn’t.

The interior of the room was heavily humid and musty with poor air quality. It was not possible to stay in the room because of that. We checked four other rooms at the location to compare, and all were the same (one was also heavily filled with cigarette smoke/odour). The internal hallways had the same problem, although less pronounced in the hallways. We did not stay in the room and had to find different accomodations elsewhere. This problem was described to the front desk before leaving (shortly after arriving).
