AGE & ID REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)
• All guests must be 21+ years old
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required
• All guests must complete our secure verification process prior to check-in
Failure to complete verification = cancellation & denied entry
NO SMOKING — ZERO TOLERANCE
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind (including vaping)
• Prohibited in unit, balconies, and all common areas
Violation fee starts at $500
Tampering with smoke detectors: $500 penalty
NOISE & PARTY POLICY — STRICTLY ENFORCED
• No parties, gatherings, or events — under any circumstances
• Zero tolerance for noise complaints (inside and outside the unit)
• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM
If we receive any noise complaint, your stay may be immediately terminated without refund
OCCUPANCY RULES
• No unregistered guests allowed
• Only confirmed guests on the reservation may enter the property
Violation may result in immediate removal
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Late checkout: $25/hour (subject to availability)
Unauthorized late checkout will be charged accordingly
FEES & PENALTIES
• Lost key fob: $200 replacement fee
• Smoking / odor remediation: $500+
• Unauthorized guests / parties: Immediate cancellation + penalties
RENTAL AGREEMENT
A rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
