Our toilet was not clean, there was toothpaste in the sink. I was told housekeeping would be up. We went to the bar so they could go clean. We came back and it was all still dirty. We were moved rooms. This one had hair on the bathroom floor. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The pool and hot tub looked so inviting.

First they told me there were no King rooms available, I found a few rooms online and booked through a third party. Toilet didn’t flush and I had no hot water to take a shower before my early morning conference. Requested maintenance but they didn’t come - I didn’t have much time to wait but waited about 15 mins. Wasn’t happy with the hotels response.

Air and ventilation system was horrible. We got in late that night at 10 and everything was dark very little lighting in the room. Woke up several times throughout the night with congestion. When then blinds were open and the light came in we could see the amount of dust everywhere. layers of dust in the ductwork and bathroom fan has some much dust covering it that there is no way it is working correctly as it was also very loud at it was needing air to properly work. If that is not cleaned at some point soon that could cause a fair in the vent system!
