Room was filthy, sheets and bedspread were stained yellow….looked like urine stains, toilet would not flush and was leaking water all over the floor, tv remote didn’t work, the room smelled musty with a mixture of dirty dog, there was no phone in the room, no lamp (only the overhead lights), mattress was worn out and uncomfortable, the a/c unit was disgustingly filthy, the floor was dirty….. I would suggest you pay a little more if you can and go somewhere else!! I had been traveling and hadn’t slept in about 36 hours. I had booked the room online and was so exhausted when I checked in, I didn’t have the energy to look for a different hotel/motel at the time.

A motel that you do not want to stay at

When I checked in I was tired I was hot and out of sorts. The only good thing about this room was the air conditioner it did put out some cold air. For the rest of the evening I just relaxed and didn't really pay attention to the room. It was the next morning that I noticed just how disgusting the room was, and when I saw roaches crawling across the desktop I immediately got my things together and checked out at 7:00 a.m. I spoke with the manager directly and my opinion is he doesn't care about the quality of a guest stay. Myself I will never stay this motel again
I work for a commercial cleaning service I know this can be cleaned. For a guest to see this what does it say about the property

Only good was friendly staff, safety lock on door was broke off, bathroom door would not shut, toilet was loose felt like it was going to fall over, when you stepped down on the plank flooring water would come up between the seams, tv remote only half worked.

Should be demolished

Start with the good: I didn't see any bugs. The bathroom was dirty. There was drywall mud and debris all over the floor. No TV in the room. Th linens were stained and dirty. Overall maintenance was far below shoddy with gaps in the flooring and non-functioning switches. I've slept in far worse places in the Army, but this place is in the running for worst place I've stayed.

Nasty. The room I was given had not been refreshed, even though I was checking in after 10p, so the room had been in disarray ALL DAY LONG. I was placed into a room with 2 queen beds. One of the beds had a burn hole in the covers, and the toilet seat was not fully secured. My days of staying in an RRI are over

It was bad. The air conditioning barely work and leaked all over the floor. The refrigerator also leaked on the floor. The bedding was stained bad. The toilet barely flushed. They wouldn’t give us new towels. I would recommend not staying here. The rooms also smelled bad
