FEMALE GUESTS ONLY: Welcome to The Peace Retreat, a gorgeous suite studio to rest your soul and surround yourself with stunning beauty and comfort in our 1903 mini-mansion. History meets modern touches in our pristine clean accommodations. Our unique place provides a kitchen, community room, and private sitting room in addition to your private suite with ensuite bathroom. It's heavenly, quiet and designed for tired business ladies, college moms, intern students, and traveling nurses.. We have free private parking near downtown-Red Line is within steps, or quick Uber ride to the airport. You'll have everything you need here with our top notch hospitality! We have thought about all the details- including toiletries, snacks, water bottles, and other surprise goodies.

Be prepared to be treated like a QUEEN! We have a team of dedicated ladies- who are available to assist you during your stay. You get mobile access so you can go in and out as you need to. If you are a guest, you get free access to our cafe, community rooms, and workspace.

Our team is known for exceptional hospitality!
We go out of our way to make you comfortable with lots of extras that you don't get at other listngs. We run a clean establishment that is drug and smoke-free, so if you are looking for a place to party, this isn't the place for you.

This is a single-person occupancy. You have access to our entire first floor, which is homey, and absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. You can also pre-order salads and breakfast bags. We do provide toiletries, and some light snacks (and plenty of coffee).

You will be able to use our outdoor balcony terrace, computer lab, private focus spaces, and outdoor first-floor terrace.

You get all the free coffee and water you can handle, plus one of the most beautiful interior environments in Indianapolis. We would love to have you as our guest!

Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: this is a FEMALE ONLY SPACE FOR ONE GUEST. we are not a party place, and we do not allow unauthorized guest in the house. We do not allow men in the space as it is an all women’s place.

This was my second time staying here and it is truly a home away from home. Angie has gone out of her way to provide a spacious, clean, and relaxing place for traveling women. It puts my family back home at ease knowing I am staying in a safe place when I have to travel to Indianapolis. Thank you, Angie, for all the personal touches! You definitely thought of everything!

Perfect place to relax

I stayed here for a weekend to visit my son at Butler Univ. This "micro-hotel"/mini-mansion for women only! is a great retreat. Owners have thought of everything. My room and the whole building is clean. Neighborhood is quiet. Easy to Uber anywhere. I highly recommend this well-priced accommodation.

Comfy, cozy and quiet!

I was attending a conference at Lucas Oil Stadium and this was the perfect place to spend 4 nights. It was so quiet I didn’t even know that there were 2 other guests there. I stayed in the Peace room which was fantastic!!! Purple is my favorite color so that didn’t hurt. Angie was great to communicate with and I even got to meet her one morning. I would definitely stay there again and will tell my friends about it.

Comfortable and spacious

I stayed in the studio for a long work weekend. The staff was lovely and they provided all kinds of extras, which were a nice treat. The room was comfortable and had more than enough space for me to work--though there was also a lot of community workspace downstairs if I wanted to use it. A really nice stay.
