Summary:

Experience Indy in this fully renovated 4 bedroom family home located in the revitalized Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Downtown Indianapolis. This house is the definition of Luxury with custom designs and furnishings. Relax in this spacious downtown comfort pad. The home is 1.5 miles from Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center (5 minute drive). The house is 1 mile from Eli Lilly and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Only 2 miles from Monument Circle. It is a spacious 3,000 square foot home.



The Space:

This House has been fully renovated. Enter with the smart lock through the front door. You will enter into a spacious living room. Next continue to the beatiful kitchen which offers plenty of cabinets, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island with a breakfast bar, and a pantry. See the lovely hardwood floors through the main level, stairs, and upper hallway. There is 1 bedroom on the main floor.

Head upstairs to the oversized master suite with extra closet space and 2 other large bedrooms and laundry upstairs.



Spending time outdoors is nice too, where you find seating, a fire pit and a grill.



Thermostat – The owner has full control of the thermostat. Just let us know what temperature you would like. The Max heat and cool is 70. We do have a window AC unit upstairs as well!



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Access is via a smart keypad lock and guests can park on the street out front or on the east side (it's a quiet street so there's usually ample parking). This is a corner house



The Neighborhood:

The House is located in Bates Hendricks neighborhood, west of fountain square and just south of Downtown.

Please note that the driveway / garage is temporarily unavailable for guest use. There should be sufficient street parking in front of the house as parking is permitted out front and to the side of the house.

This is a great property, especially if you have pets. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe in the surroundings. The back yard was perfect for the dogs. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend, especially if you are planning on attending an event downtown. Quick and easy access.

House was clean & comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with GREAT location. The ONLY issue we had was response time on an inadvertent lock out situation. I alerted primary contact provided via text message in the morning when we left the house with the expectation after we returned 6 hours later it would have been resolved. Got no response. Then called and spoke with host -was assured that the lock box code would be provided. 20 minutes later still no reply. Standing on front porch waiting - finally got a text with a code. Did NOT work. Tried repeatedly still no success. A second code provided - did not work. Then received text instructions on how to operate a lock box. It was always an incorrect code as we finally got a 3rd combination that worked. We were locked out of the house for about an hour. Ended up getting resolved but could have been a MAJOR inconvenience. I grant that it was self inflicted, but correct lock box codes should have been known and provided PROMPTLY. Otherwise a fantastic stay and would consider re booking with you again in the future!
