We booked almost a whole year in advance and was clear this was a very busy BUSINESS week for professionals attending conference at Convention Center.We like using VRBO's because it makes it easier for work events instead of being scattered. It was a disappointing experience when we should have been able to only focus on work instead of a property that did not have everything advertised.No advance instructions as to parking. No response from host when texted there was no driveway. Found it on alley behind house. Unfortunately, combination lock access to the home is in the front of the house. Inconvenient. Sheets on our bed appeared to have been slept in. No pillow cases on our pillows. Texted host. No response. Dust on doors and woodword was thick in places.No hair dryers in any bathrooms, though advertised as an amenity. Texted host. No response. Had to go purchase hair dryer in the middle of trying to get ready for a business meeting.Coffee - Large pot maker had no pot. Large keurig did not work. Small individual keurig only held its own basket for putting in grounds for individual cups. Since we had brought K-cups based on prior review of no coffee pot, we had to peel off top of each K-cup to empty grounds into basket for each individual cup of coffee.
