Located just 2 blocks off of I70 and I65 exit. Private off-street parking for one vehicle also free street parking in front of the property. Very safe area. We look forward to hosting you!

Nice - super convenient to Stadium for concert

No fighting traffic or struggling to find parking for concert. Duplex clean, kitchen appointed. Steep staircase! Deposit requirement very steep or insurance option a bit expensive.
