Check in was fine - front counter staff could have been friendlier. Got to room and the carpets were filthy. Needed to ask for a fork so I could eat something (diabetic) and I was told that there was no way I could get a fork because the "breakfast room is closed". They absolutely refused to give me a fork. When going to take a shower, the drain didn't want to drain and I was given 2 conditioners instead of a shampoo and conditioner. I have stayed at La Quinta multiple times and this was by far the worst. I won't be staying at a La Quinta any time in the near future.

Guest services failure.

Staff was not so helpful. Didn’t want to give me assistance with the tub. Office staff did not care. I had to ask three times before he came up and entered so housekeeping who said I will be right back and never came. I used to really like la Quinta but not now.

There were cockroaches in our room coming in and out of the tv, never got room service the 4 nights we were there, asked for more towels and never received them. Continental breakfast was just waffles, fruit, oatmeal, cereal with no milk, bagels and toast... No proteins/meat. Beverages were $3 for 16.9oz bottle. Shower barely drained. Keycard was constantly deactivating causing me to go down to the front desk to get reactivated... Happened every single day I was there. Spend the extra money to stay elsewhere

1st room, fridge warm/mold and sitting in dirty water on the pan. 2nd room moved to, all the bedding from mattress cover to the pillow covers had yellow stains everywhere. The front desk worker was nice, apologetic and brought me new ones, the bed was fully stripped even the mattress cover and i just slept with 1 pillow and a sheet the only things i saw weren't stained. When leaving at 4am to the airport i then witnessed people dping sexual acts in the parking lot basically right near the entrance. I will not be staying here again. Convenient to the airport or not. The worst experiences iv had.

Check in is too intrusive and long winded. Make it easier and do not ask for so much personal information!!! Too long to check in multiple rooms due to extended questioning. Worker is courteous and knowledgeable but procedure from the hotel is horrendous. Hotel is under renovation so it is a bit confusing staying in different buildings etc. Rooms were very clean and nice. Will update on breakfast quality.

Air circulation was an issue. It was wonderful to walk into a coll room on a hot day but everything felt damp, even clothed laid out in the morning. On the plus side, the bedding was fabulous and so comfy!

There were brown spots on the bottom of the shower curtain, a large red stain in front of the bed, spiders within the room, trash was not taken out from previous clients staying, and the room phone was neither plugged in nor labeled for the correct room (Stayed in room 338 with a landline phone that stated 322). It was spacious, but the bath tub was hard to stand in. There was nothing to prevent slips and it pooled in the middle of the tub. The elevator broke down as well, but the location was decent for what I was attending. I wouldn't stay here again as a first choice, but it's better than driving more than an hour.
