One of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel in months! Check in was easy. EVERY staff member I encountered went out of their way to be kind & courteous! The room was large with so many amenities! This is not a hotel. It's an adventure and a cultural feast. I have never stayed in a hotel that incorporated a historical church so seamlessly and respectfully into its layout. Discovering the Indianapolis Cultural Trail right out the front door was an added bonus. There was no hype but the physical layout leads you on a path of discovery that in retrospect must have been intentional. Oh, and the breakfast was divine, the staff were personable and helpful, and parking was a breeze. Well done, all of you.

The room was clean; however, there was still water in the coffee maker that I had to dispose of in order to make my daughter hot tea in the room. The staff were friendly. Downside- Mattress was super firm and very uncomfortable. This surprised me as usually Hilton's have softer mattresses. There have been some mentions in some reviews about the parking and the lights. First off, when you first walk in the room, there is a Master Light Switch that you have to turn on in order to get lights in the room. The only lights not affected by this are the lamps. Parking is paid for at the hotel, and you scan your key card to get in and out. To leave, scan yourself out and then turn in the room key. Never scan the ticket. There are games to play in the lobby and plenty of refreshments. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the room had a smart TV. Overall, a very nice stay.
