If youā€™re looking for a queen locally owned hotel near the fast park airport parking this is the place. I often need to stay the night before to catch an early flight from where I live, and this has been the perfect solution. Itā€™s very clean and well put together, but not overly fancy. The price is perfect as well.

The room was very clean and the shower was in great condition. The bed was good but needed an additional blanket. Coffee the next morning was excellent in the lobby of the Inn but not provided in the room which was fine with us. The Inn itself was older but well kept, the outside landscaping was nonexistent but for the price this place is recommended.

I was leary of a non chain hotel and reading reviews of others. I took a chance and was very happy with how clean the hotel and the room were. Brian was friendly and very helpful. I recommend staying here. This is a great option if visiting IU during high peak weekends. Easy drive about 40-45 minutes and the price is very reasonable unlike those closer to campus.
