The room was nice, the shower head was loose and sprayed everywhere but i tightened it and fixed the issue with it not spraying fully. The beds were very comfortable, no sleep because loud outside the windows but not the hotels fault. I enjoyed my stay and breakfest was awesome. Will definitely go back.

Terrible parking rude people working at this location I was locked out of my room ended up calling the police because the front desk girl wouldn’t let me into my room.

The only option for parking was valet. The room was spacious but my shampoo bottle was broken, there were hairs in the bath tub, multiple paint chip on the walls, stain on the ceiling, and stains on the carpet throughout the hotel. The breakfast was good, had lots of options. Workers were pretty friendly and helpful.

They have valet parking to make things very convenient. Room hadna dishwasher with real dishes (plates, silverware, cups, noodle strainer) nice microwave. Hot showers. Clean room. Nice bedding. Hotel is located right downtown. Was a quick walk to military park and "The Tap" bar/ restaurant was only a few blocks away. They had good food and a great atmosphere for us to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again!
Breakfast bar was the best I've seen in a hotel!
Complete with dishes and a dishwasher. Nice big microwave!

Room was clean but the shower needs refurbished. Mold around the exterior and the shower door was loose. Old soap dispensers in the shower were not working and just abandoned in place. Replaced with bottles. AC free in bathroom was rusted. Nice location and otherwise good condition

The room was clean and the breakfast was nice. The location limited the windows, resulting in the lighting in the room not as adequate as should be. The bathroom seemed somewhat current but the shower door was not easy to operate and the shower head seemed old. The kitchen and bathroom faucets did not seem affixed allowing them to move/wiggle. While being downtown, I understand the challenge on parking, but only valet was a bit inconvenient and the rate should be communicated upfront (Expedia) to base location selection a bit more complete.

We were so pleased with this hotel. Everything and everyone were very friendly and welcoming. The ladies in the cafeteria area, Valeria and Rosa are great!! We are planning to book this hotel next time we visit Indy.

The room was ok, but their was only valet parking, the staff was not friendly, and the breakfast food was cross contaminated with gluten, so I couldn't eat anything. The motel is in a very busy part of the city. We weren't aware that there wouldn't be a parking lot, or that we wouldn't have access to our car, so weren't prepared to be left on the sidewalk with what we could grab while a stranger drove off with our car. After a long day of travel, this was a very unwelcome ending.

Maintenance needed

Really needs a better maintenance team. Alot of wallpaper peeling, rust on the door frames, black mold around the windows, wall light fixtures were loose, bed felt like multiple platforms put together that were not level or flush, window treatment torn and missing its molding. The bathtub had black mold and was missing the soaps inside the wal dispensers. The pool water was not chemically balanced, made my kids barf all night. Breakfast meats were cheap, soggy and undercooked.
