Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Pros: Comfortable beds and roomy apartment. Liked the quiet space and having an extra half bath.Cons: We got a message the day before arrival that assigned us to a different unit than what we reserved. Apartment seemed to not be ready - crumbs on floors and counter, vacuum was sitting out in the living room, towels were not in bathrooms, dishwasher was full of dishes (uncertain if clean or dirty). Host was slow to communicate. I messaged about all these things upon arrival and was not sent a reply until after departure the next day. Did not offer to compensate or explain.
