Overall, the hotel was good, with spacious rooms and a really nice breakfast. However, the housekeeping sucked. The first morning they cleaned the bathroom and did touch the bed/lining area. The second morning was good. The third morning, they didn't clean at all. I won't be going back

At check in we were informed they overbooked. They put us in a room that was smaller and offered no compensation. The pull out bed had dead bugs on the mattress and was think and uncomfortable. They had no pillows available to use with the pullout bed. Since we booked a room with two beds and was given a room with only one bed we needed them.
