I'm giving it a 3 stars only because the breakfast was so good and the staff was very friendly. I was very disappointed to find the pool was closed. This happened another time we tried to stay at a different Hampton. I also booked a room that was supposed to sleep up to 5-6 people only to find there was no sofa bed. Since it was only a 1 night stay we made due. The water pressure in the shower was awful. Very tough to get a good clean shower. I think I will start staying at a different hotel chain. I did not have this experience staying at a Holiday INN. I understand maintenance is important but I wish Hotels.com would alert you when there are amenities that are not available.

The hotel was right on the highway. The room was so loud and the service was so bad that I only stayed one of the two nights. Specifically when checking in the younger woman was rude. She brought her dinner with her when she saw me waiting at the front desk. Apparently I was interrupting. When I tried to checkout, the older woman at the front desk said I had to go thru Expedia. When I tried to go thru Expedia they directed me to Travel Guard. The breakfast was good but anytime I had to communicate with staff it was unsatisfactory to say the least. The checkout and refund experience was just as confusing and time consuming. I was in the lobby for 30 minutes and I couldn't even find a phone number to call.
