Terrible experience at this property

I would like to get a refund partially if possible from this stay . Terrible service from the check in time and total stay . No one at check in time made me wait and call my self to check in and lift was not working on my whole stay of 9 days and walking over steps . I have to grab the food Togo due to mid night and I requested them for a plate , which was denied from the reservation staffs.

The room was clean. Check in was a bit chaotic and even though it was after 330 the room wasn’t ready. The elevators were out of service. And the water was shut off for a couple hours. Other than that it was fine.

The hotel was renovated and looks nice and clean. The breakfasts were good, and they had something new each day. The rooms were good as well, no problems at all. It was a nice stay for the price. The only negative, is that we could hear the interstate road noise, but what could we expect choosing a hotel next to the road.

Comfortable, affordable, and efficient.

The elevator was broken the entire time but they were accommodating to those with special needs. The rooms were large and clean. Very comfortable stay, especially the bed. Any issues we had were addressed promptly. For the one front desk attendant that was not so friendly, others made up for it. The gym could use some TLC. There bugs everywhere. Not bed bugs though.
