The first room we were in had a water leak from the shower that got my bag wet, the flooring was soaked, and the carpet runners were soaked. They moved us to a different room but it had NO hot water. Apparently that was a know problem because several customers were discussing this on the elevator. There was no explanation offered. Also the pool was very dirty as kids had written words in the scum that covered the tiles. Just very disappointing in the condition of the rooms.

Would’ve rated better but the parking was $43 and had to valet because I left and got back the garage was full. When I picked my vehicle up the next morning realized down the road that the valet had taken all my loose bills in the center console ( about $25)

Yes, I know it’s New Year’s Eve, but was woken up multiple times by a group next to me. The staff did what they could to make it right (and even comped my ridiculous parking fee), but I left the place at 5:30a since there was no way I could get back to sleep. The facility is nice but the rooms’ walls are paper thin.

Staff was great. The blinds would not work with the remote. We did have to call twice and then go to front desk before someone would come help. However, they were still broken. I wish it would state on the site that you have to walk through the parking garage to get to the hotel lobby and back through to get to your rooms.

Fairly long line at check in, but it was very efficient and we got it quickly. Parking was right next door and there is a convenient elevator directly from the garage to the rooms. Rooms were clean and quiet. No lock on bathroom (not sure why this is a thing now), but hot water was quick. Breakfast was “OK,” waffles, eggs, chicken sausage and some breads. Overall, a quality stay that was much more affordable than other hotels I checked.

We stayed here to be close to Lucas Oil Stadium. It was an easy walk. Breakfast was told to be on2nd floor. Once we got there it was blocked off with no signs. It was in hotel lobby. Area where food was , very crowded and could not get by people. Lack of juice flavors and water. Food was not real good other than waffle maker. Would not stay there again for free breakfast.
