It was a place to stay. No attention to detail. I cleaned unidentified substance off the bathroom wall. No kleenex. Minimal lighting. No elevator to second floor rooms. Also, on the 3rd party booking site it said breakfast included but the hotel said they had not supplied breakfast for the last 4 years. Thankful for McDonald's across the street. This hotel will not be given much consideration next time through.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional—everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and very affordable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. You won’t be disappointed!

Staff was friendly, first room tv broken worker said been that way for over a year, second room air conditioner doesn’t work and fridge doesn’t work and something stuck on floor of tub that also leaked, wouldn’t use and hallways had same debris on floors for three days I was there

For the price you're paying it's an excellent choice. Clean room. Hallways a bit dated. But who cares. NOTE: this hotel shares a parking lot with a different hotel that's a lower quality. So make sure you check into the right hotel when you get there.

The hotel was dirty. Staff was standing out aide smoking. Room had a mildew smell and cobweb arou d bottom of furniture. Staff was friendly but said she released the charge and over a week later it is still pending and I have not got my money back.

Bathroom door would not close. Bathroom doorknob falling out. No towels in room. Leftover eyelash stuck to bedside table. Seemed like no effort put forward to try and make it a decent stay even given the low price.

Good place just to crash for a couple nights. But you definitely get what you pay for! I will say that the staff was nice and welcoming but the place itself inside and outside was sketchy and dirty. Hair on the beds, stains on the blankets, holes in the walls (covered by a wash rag) stains on the walls, expired leftover food in the mini fridge, lots of stomping on the above floor, and the smell of mold. The younger locals we met in Columbus questioned why we were staying there and that the neighborhood/other hotels/motels surrounding the Econo Lodge are bad news, full of drugs, crime, and CPS involvement.
