The property was very nice and in the same apartment complex as the person we were visiting so that was very convenient. The check-in process was clear and easy to follow. Parking was a little confusing, but once we got in the ramp that was connected to our building it was easy ... just had to pay for it. The only issue we really had was the kitchen faucet was extremely loose, which we reported so that it could be fixed. The location was within walking distance to Mass Ave and we could walk to the restaurants and bars there.

We enjoyed our stay very much. When we arrived, the space was spotless and comfortable, very welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend a stay here as it is located in walking distance to great shopping, dining, and various other entertainment options, and is comparable to most hotels in the area, but way better than staying in a hotel room. Felt right at home.

Bait and switch. The pictures look good but the place was a dump and the whole building smelled like garbage. The building was like a college dorm - beat up with a non functioning elevator. Dealing with customer service was a complete nightmare as their check in process was awful and when I had a problem, it just got worse. When I got to the property, I realized I had a big problem on my hands and checked into a hotel nearby. Stay far away from this place and Company as even though they agreed with the issues I suffered , they would not cancel my booking and only offered me a couple hundred dollars for my considerable trouble and any inconvenience

While the apartment itself was very nice and clean, the area and the building were disgusting. There was human feces in front of the building and the hallway smelled awful. It is regretful that the things that make this location bad are outside of the owners control.

Apartment was okay. Refrigerator was not working. I had to plug it in a different outlet. Microwave didn’t work. Bed sagged and had no support. Several lights were out patio door in the bedroom would not lock. After day one of my stay I contacted property. They apologized and said someone would be out to fix problems. No one ever came. Parking was not included which is highly inconvenient.

Cozy suites ruined my day

I was not able to get access to the property.And I had to go after driving for more than twelve hours and get another hotel. They have a virtual check in system. Moreover , it was not a regular hotel , so there was no one on site. I was standing on a sidewalk with my bags. It was a regular apartment building where they use an apartment. Two of the residents walked out and they were not a hotel. Because I have been on a asked to check in with my government I d I thought I was getting swindled. I shut down my debit card, And went to another hotel. They sent an access code to me at midnight. Because there's nobody there in person. You are asked to do things that you never have anywhere else. I was in indianapolis to attend a funeral.
