Located close to Fishers Event Center and good shopping/ restaurants at Fishers District. The neighborhood is in a nice and safe area- close to Indianapolis as well. Beds were comfortable, host was accommodating and communicative in the best attentive way, the house was super clean, the air conditioning was marvelous and we would stay there again!

Host was very easy to work with.However, there were several maintenance issues:BOTH bathroom outlets not working Fire place cold air coming in living roomKitchen light flickering as if shorting out. Living room chair leg wobbly Patio door off Track Kitchen clocks need batteriesTV in one bedroom screen cracked.Roku not working either bedroom and no Panasonic remote so had to get up and down to manually change channels.
