The Space:

The private patio offers a cool breath of fresh air as the city moves steadily below, creating a calm space to pause between outings. Indoors, tall windows draw in the season’s brightness, shaping a warm and inviting setting to unwind after a day spent exploring nearby streets, theaters, and restaurants.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms each offer a queen bed, creating a comfortable place to rest at the end of the day. With four beds in total, the home accommodates up to 8 guests. Two full bathrooms with bathroom essentials and hot water allow your group to move smoothly through morning and evening routines.



Outdoor living

The private patio sits above the downtown landscape, giving you an elevated open-air spot suited to winter’s quieter moments. Whether stepping out for a brief breath of crisp air or taking in the skyline before turning in, it provides a simple extension of the living space.



Living space

An open living area creates a natural gathering point, with comfortable seating and a TV for relaxed evenings. The layout encourages easy movement between lounging and dining, and the seasonal light enhances the sense of calm throughout the space.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen offers the essentials for preparing meals at your own pace, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics. A dining table provides room to sit together when you prefer to stay in and share a meal.



Building amenities

Within The Block, you have elevator access and use of the shared gym in the building. Exterior security cameras are located in common areas such as the lobby, gym, and lounges. Direct Skywalk access keeps shops, entertainment, and dining close by without needing to step fully into winter weather.

Set in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, the home places you within easy reach of local highlights, including Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Monument Circle, and the Indiana Convention Center. Paid parking on premises is available for $30/night in a secure garage, with advance reservation recommended.

Guest Access:

Entry is granted through a smart lock. Code with be provided before check-in.



Other Things to Note:

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay





Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.

1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.

2. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.

3. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. . Guest will not receive refund for stay.*

6. Lost or unreturned parking pass - $300 to replace



Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.
