The room was fine, though the heater did not work well. However, I was very frustrated to find out that there was no hot water. Showering in cold water and then driving in cold conditions was an unpleasant, though bracing, way to begin the day. When I told the people at the front desk in the morning, they could not have been less interested. Very sad for a good brand like Marriott to treat their customers this way.
