Just don't bother

First the good things: great breakfast and comfy bed. On to the bad things: Dingy/dirty furniture in the room. Only 1 lamp in the whole suite. A very unusable couch in the room. There was a rickety old desk and broken cupboard with an unusable sink. There were stains on the floor and the ceiling. They do not enforce the no smoking in the rooms. Walking down the hall was horrible. The pot odor was so bad and.strong.. day after day, it didn't change. It would get so bad, our room smelled of smoke.

I purchased a room for my friend for 3 nights. She said that the room she was in was damp because water had somehow leaked into the room. They eventually moved her to another room that had the same problem. Then she was told that because I booked through Expedia, that she couldn't be I expected much

Friendly but unkempt

Front desk staff was very friendly. However the room was run down and damp and musty. There was dirty and break disrepair around the room. The electrical outlet intermittently stop working so my husband's CPAP didn't stay running. To top it off the elevator was broken. Definitely not worth the $106 cost after tax and fee

The property was a little dirty, smelled like cigarettes, and rooms were a little grungy. If you are in construction and just looking for an affordable option while working, this is the place.

Not worthed. Building looks run down.

Elevator was not working and we were in the 3rd floor. Building looks run down for the price I paid for the room. The cleaning people only took the garbage bags out of my room and did nothing else, not sure why they even bothered “cleaning” my room as they didn’t. Expected better for the high price paid. Not worthed.

Don't stay here!

This hotel was truly disgusting from the smells,looks and cleanliness! From the time you come in to outside. Dried blood on curtains,among other things. Just dirty everywhere. Smells so bad and they try masking it with a stong spray. Lady receptionist was on phone and rude. We stayed at another location and nothing like this. No benches outside or smoking area. Garbage overflowing. Stay elsewhere.

The first room had black mold covering the bathroom ceiling. We were moved to the 2nd floor to a nicer room. The elevator was not working so we were sent up the stairs. The carpet on the stairs was disgusting. The second floor ice maker was out of order. The area was questionable but seemed safe enough.

YUCK! $300 for a room that made my skin crawl!

Tv had to manually changed and turned on/off, a/c until couldn’t keep up in 75 degree weather and was hotter in the room then outside, the curtains were about ready to fall off the wall, the ceiling was flaking off into the floor, the bathroom was filthy dirty and didn’t notice it until I sat down to go to the bathroom. The TV remote was also sticky. The room itself was just very poorly maintained and instead of trying to keep things in good shape they tried to solve the problem with slapping some paint over it. I would have been better off staying in our vehicle. We absolutely deserve our money back. $300 was way the hell over priced. We slept in our clothes and literally left as soon as we woke up. I will NEVER go back. I felt so dirty and guilty about having my kids stay in that hotel also.
Stained curtains, ac unit was about ready to fall off the wall, and couldn’t maintain the room. It was hot as hell.

What a dump! This hotel needs to be bulldozed. We were stuck there because there was a convention in town and we couldn’t find anything better – what a waste of money and what a horribly maintained hotel. Everything was broken and dirty and smelly - the air smelled stale- elevator was broken. The ice machine was broken. Outside the landscaping was a mess with garbage and there was a parking spot with a missing shuttle – i.e. they gave up on offering a shuttle years ago. The walls were paper thin we could hear everything in every adjacent room. The neighborhood was also pretty bad. Stay away from this hotel. The only redeeming factor was the gentleman at the reception desk was very nice and very friendly. I hope he can find another job at another nicer hotel because anyone else would be lucky to have him.

Bad experience

Hotel was horrible. We had to move to three different rooms. The first room there was problems with the air conditioner. The second room smell like wet carpet and the third room they sent us to was still getting cleaned by someone that couldn’t speak English so we had to sit out in the lobby and wait for our room. The ice machine upstairs don’t work. The elevator didn’t work. It was just a really bad experience and of course, I didn’t get any money back or any type of credit
