Room was clean and neat. Foreign lady at the desk was rude. The amenities were terrible. Snack area empty. Hallway walls filthy. The elevator was very delayed, made a lot of noise, door would take forever to close and the alarm would go off, very scary to ride. Definitely needs to be serviced. Pool area was filthy and cluttered. The pool was drained and unusable but definitely unattractive.

They moved me from a room to what was supposed to be a newly renovated one but there was no hot water. I moved a second time with no hot water and freezer not working. All my frozen meat thawed and has to be cooked immediately or will go to waste.

Unfamiliar with this area..I choose to stay in this hotel.. it was the worst decision ever!!! They accused me of putting a hairline crack in the grouting between the towels in the shower and kept my deposit, I checked out a day earlier and they didn’t credit my card the day I didn’t stay! The first room was dirty and the Tv was busted, the second room was a newly renovated room but the it had 2 TVs and neither one of them worked well, 1 didn’t get channel at all! The hallways and elevator where dirty and stains and spills everywhere thru out the hotel! I’ve was hung up on by the hotel manager when I ask why my money wasn’t refunded and have been getting the run around about the situation from IHG CORPORATION about it as well.. this company has gone down hill.. I worked for them for 4/12 years and they stood on customer service and high quality service standards.. no it must just be about the money.

Full kitchens with everything you could need, very friendly staff that make you feel welcome, free laundry facility, clean rooms, & still pretty affordable. Only complaints would be the location, construction going on inside of building, & they need to replace or fix a few washers & dryers. Other than that 0 complaints!

The staff was unbelievably rude as can be and outright beyond disrespectful and failed to show any customer service while also, incorrectly and wrongfully forced into paying extra fees and fines to we hadd alreadÿ paid or chargers that werent real hotel charges.and then ended up charginy an extra night's stay on my booking saying i no showed ust i was there and checked in. Once forced to pay these fees to not get kicked out like they threatened they kicked us out anyways the next day making up some noise complaining and forced me to leave calling the cops and all

Patience had to be exercised since it is undergoing a renovation. And it was priced accordingly, so no real complaints. That being said, one elevator did not work at all and the other would not move down if called to the 5th floor. At least it went up, going down 5 flights was much easier. The room was recently updated so it was very nice. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and fresh. The TV had not been set up and since we were there for the Big 10 championship, sports TV was VERY important. The staff was super accomodating and we were moved to a room with a working TV. It, too, was recently upgraded and very nice. The place will be stellar once the reno is done.

Wifi was unreliable. Telephone tech support was excellent, the support from the hotel close to non existent although one staff member, Dawn, did try to help but the problem lay with their sub-standard system. Extreme foul language heard from staff members at reception. Attitudes differed markedly between employees, some of whom gossip about guests. Housekeeping only attends each room once per week, floor and surfaces filthy. Between services you are expected to attend reception to collect supplies such as loo paper, clean towels or bed linen then make up the bed yourself. The entire property smells unpleasant. A shuttle service is advertised but does not exist, no airport transfer is available. The advertised breakfast included in the room rate does not exist, either. There is no room service and no kitchen on the premises. There is a store cupboard near reception, most items past the use by date. There are no grocery stores in walking distance. The pool is empty and out of use. Most washing machines and dryers are broken. There is no working CCTV and no evidence of security. A guest's vehicle was stolen out of the car park. Sub-standard room included broken lights, leaking lavatory, leaking kitchen faucet from which water bubbled up under the floorboards - it took a few days to be replaced. Bathroom extractor fan broken and "none available". Only one of the two elevators was working and that was shared with contractors who were attending to renovations.
