This comfortable home located in Lawrence Township is within a quiet suburban neighborhood. The house is a short five-minute drive from Interstate 70, and 20 minutes from Downtown Indianapolis. This quaint home can comfortably sleep 8-10 people with three spacious bedrooms with drawers and closet space for clothes.

You are staying in Indianapolis for business, an extended vacation, or a getaway off the beaten path. This home has everything you need, including a full kitchen with electric stove, grills, pots, pans, and silverware. Need to wash clothes, the house has a full laundry upstairs. The Comfy living room, full porch, corn fields across the street and patio on the side of the home complete with a BBQ grill will have you feeling like you are experiencing country living. The dining room is right in the kitchen for a perfect fork to table experience.

The master bedroom is complete with brand new furniture with a plush memory foam mattress and a private bathroom with an oversized garden tub. Additional bedrooms have a queen bed and a sizeable full-size bed that both can sleep two. The loft area has a smart tv with a pull-out sofa that sleeps three comfortably. The downstairs living room has two plush coaches and a leather rocker recliner. There is plenty of parking available in front of the house, or pull into the back of the home and park in the driveway, or if advance notice is given, park one car in the garage (No oversized vehicles).
