We enjoyed our first time staying at Martinsville Best-western Inn. It was quiet and well maintained. Several choices of places nearby for dinner for us decide on the breakfast choices Bestwestern provides is good. We are recommending a stay here.

The hotel is dated but it was EXTREMELY clean and comfortable. New carpet and lighter paint would make a world of difference. The price was fantastic as well. So glad we stopped here for the night.

It's your standard basic hotel with basic hotel amenities. The appearance is dated, which I actually liked, because it was like going back in time. Most importantly, everything was clean and worked. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who was cleaning the rooms. I recently stayed at a different (sleek new modern hotel) that had no towel racks anywhere in the bathroom, no microwave, no desk or chair, and no clock. I was genuinely happy to see that Best Western still has ALL of these things in the rooms. Including an actual bathtub. Also a very decent breakfast spread. I'd easily stay here again.

I was a little upset that there was no transparency where the pet fee was concerned. I should not have to email the hotel for that information. The size of the exercise room was not well depicted in the pictures. It is a lot smaller than it looks. The breakfast was nice, and the rooms were clean, although our tub needed to be refinished because of cracks. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
