The two big plusses about Baymont Plainfield are: (1) it's proximity to the airport (but not TOO close) and (2) it's location amid breakfast restaurants and other amenities. It's an easy exit off of Hwy 70 west (one stop further SW). The hotel itself is starting to age a bit, but it's fine. (Toilet flush has issues and sliding door on closet was off its track.) If you need something close to the airport that isn't noisy and is easy to get to when you're travel-lagged, this is a great location.

Yes, the room was very wonderful other than they had construction going on painting or something of that nature in the pool, hot tub area and they would not give us any privacy. They just kept working through it. We didn’t think that was right and we complained about it, but they did nothing.

Staff was rude , hotel is dirty DO NOT STAY HERE! Pay the extra for a different hotel. It was not only creepy but smells bad. When asked about getting our dirty sheets changed when we arrived they told us to change them ourselves as there is no night time house keeping. There was hair all over the bathroom as well. We are still fighting to get our money back from the first night that we spent a short time there. We relocated to another hotel and in making new friends they told us they were there as well and left because of drugs under the mattress.
