The home is about1 mile east from the center of the city and Mass Ave. It's close to everything downtown INDY has to offer. It's in a cool neighborhood that features a good blend of new construction and historic homes. This home went through a complete renovation, and it is beautiful! Enter through the front door into the large, open living space that blends nicely into the dining area and an open concept kitchen space. The living space is accented with historic charm and modern amenities. The earth tones keep the space warm and inviting. This home is perfect for large or small groups with 3 very large bedrooms and plenty of beds and bed space. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom with full tile floors and shower and tub surrounds. It features very high ceilings and all the rooms are spacious and great for spreading out and hanging out. This is your home away from home!

We were visiting Indianapolis for a band competition and chose this home based on location. It was a short drive to Lucas Oil Stadium which was perfect! Sarah was so wonderful to work with, answered all of our questions and was very responsive. The home is lovely, freshly renovated and perfectly appointed for a comfortable stay!

Christmas Getaway

Great location! House was just like it was advertised. It was super cute and clean. We had plenty of room. We only had one issue…upstairs was very hot while the other bedrooms were very cold. Our host was great offering fun ideas to do for Christmas around Indy. She was also quick to get back with me with answers to my questions. Thanks for a great weekend!!

Perfect space

The owners were very flexible and very responsive. The house was perfect for our multi family stay. Each bedroom had its own full bath which was able to accommodate each family perfectly. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back as it was conveniently located to downtown and IU.
