The chef's kitchen comes with multiple sets of ceramica, fine wine glasses, top brand appliances (including 3 dishwashers), and everything you need to create a grand feast. Original SoCal art creates a beautiful ambience throughout our home. Large flatscreen tvs are found in the family room and two bedrooms with music throughout the house. Desert Horizons is in a fabulous location-- a 5 to 10 minute drive to major golf resorts, shopping and restaurants on El Paseo. Tenants will have access to all of the wonderful facilities in the newly rennovated clubhouse ($35 million spend) upon setting up an account with club management. The fastest growing sport in America is pickelball and 11 brand new courts await you at no extra cost. A very social and easy way to meet fellow vacationers and residents. No pets please unless you obtain our written permission. Our onsite management will assist with concerns that may arise during your stay.
